Its about time, but they look like they are finally having a bit of a munch up fellas. olly (tackle tart) has just done a 24.10 common off a waded out bait and paul bedford had a 19 plus common around 6am today ... so that makes 4 in two days! lets hope it continues..

ooooooooo! Might be time to get the bottom bait rods back out then!!

all quiet on here again hope we are not turning into a secret squirrel syndicate

I have genuinely caught a cold, 4 days of sheet weather last weekend resulted in no fish for me and the rest of the week feeling fkin ill!!!!!

PS I even tried water craft, by watching for signs of other people catching fish, then jumping in their graves the moment their backs turned!

I just cant take it anymore!!!!!!

Blanked myself from the long hole (shock) new member grant 20+ from the house and lost one straightened the hook left at 7pm canal bank fully loaded blowing a gale straight down to the house perfect south looking bang on.

had a 13lb mirror from the house and stokie paul had a 23 8 lb common off the top.

Finally off the mark....12 02 common...i think that is a pound for every week iv tried...ive finally turned my back on the bream and have started carp fishing...

Cool, thats that fish I refer to as Jurrasic, cos its spikey fins make it look like a stegasaurus lol. Yeah I have been playing for a while Im no jimi hendrix but I can do the old 3 chord wonders, I pick it up most days, we should all have a jamming session on the dam wall one night LMAO!

I think father jack used to bring his guitar down a few years back. Do you remember that advert years ago, there was a bloke fishing and he lowered a speaker into the water playing Des o' Connor records and fish just started jumping into his net? I cant remember what they were advertising I think it was cigars thats how long ago it was but maybe if I started playing the same might happen to me. Its looking a bit desperate down there, maybe Its the only hope!
