Fair play mate, I had 5 loverly 2-3lb bream out the other weekend, Great!
I had one run with some weight on it, but I got excited and it left my in some weed!
The ebest things come to those who wait hey!!!
Is there a specific time of day/night that they seem to switch on?

In my opinion, depends on which swim for bite time.

Re: Evenin' Carpers
Well I'm thinkinbg of doing a couple of mid week evenings, say 7 -11, where abouts would you suggest having a look?
Problem i've found with big lakes is that standard watercraft does not always apply. You follow the wind, but the undercurrents are flowing anorther way!

Anywhere really, House, Long, Bay, Caravan, Runway or Gulley. Take your pick and keep em' peeled round the back as they can get in pretty close some times, just asj John Howard
