big pit reels

hi all
just wondering if anyone had a set of big pit reels they maybe looking to sell, thinking of upgraping mine. not really fusy about the make. i know its not the most important thing i should be spending my money on but to be honest im getting a bit bored of mine

Blimey Jas have you won the lottery or somthin? You were after rods the other day... Did you buy them in the end? Cant help you out with big pits mate, but I'm sure someone will chip in with a bit of info, suppose its all down to budget again really.

been putting abit of money away for awhile and got a bit saved up, finally got meself a paper round aswell ( about time, been on a waiting list at several different shops for about 12 months, got a better offer on some rods, but thanks anyway

No worries jas, what deal did you get then? You'll be 'tartin' it up down the res soon then I think the welsh boy has got some reels he is trying to shift.... cant quite remeber what they were tho? think they are whychwoods??

jrc skyliners 3.25 tc, £22 each, going to have a look at them first because iv never heard of them before, what you reckon? you heard of them?

I've had a JRC Skyliner. I used to use it for launching roach deadbaits around. It was fine......until I was casting from the house peg and the hook got caught underneath the roof of my bivvy. The "3 sections" are somewhere along the canal bank of the Res !!!!

Stokie's right. I've got two Wychwood reels for sale, but Mick the Chip has first dibs on them.

I've got 3 daiwa emcast advanced 5500s air bail models,as new with boxes, loaded with daiwa HT.

Had em for about 4 months, as new condition, I just prefer my bait runners!

I've also got 3 shimano alivio rods in 2.75lb test curve, not the best looking rods but cast and play fish well, and never had a hook pull with them!

Reels cost me £90 a pop so would sell all 3 for £180

Would do all 3 rods for £60.00.

I've still get that JRC Stealth brolly with the zip on/off front and ground sheet if your interested at £70.

If you fanct a deal may be able to agree a price for the lot?????
