Morning chappies!

I've just returned from a difficult week on Paradise Lakes which has seen temperatures range from a hot and sunny 28 to a chilly and snowy -4 in the last 3 weeks!!! As you can imaging this has done the fishing no good at all. The draw was made on saturday morning and i pulled no.1 out of the bag, excellent i thought...... The swim i picked is called the dug out and is where i thought the fish would hold out for another week on the back of the cold north-westerly that was blowing in. Well to cut a long story short after 2 hard-ish frosts the sun decided to come out, wind warm up and all the fish moved down to the shallows to sunbathe for the week Evil or Very Mad However i still managed to bag a few from the spots in my swim and also winkle some nice carp from a little stalking spot i was alowed to fish off, which i was very greatful for. All in all a very frustrating but enjoyable week away in the sun, here's a few pics of some of the fish caught.

Nice one Neil looks like you worked really hard for those french chunks. Can't wait to get out there again myself in August. The lake looks stunning. By the way whose that ugly git lurking behind you in one of the photos? Only joking Richie!
Look forward to seeing you back on the Res soon Neil.
