catch reports nov 2011

i had 2 fish and blanked ever since

only joking mate over the past few years the fishing got harder anyway we got some big old wise fish in there kidda im sure it will all come together in the end for ya!!!

im giving up the will to live if anyone has any suggestions on catching carp on the res i would like to know cheers all

Use a decent bait is a good start

All you gotta do is stick to 1 or 2 swims and keep the bait going in everybody who does this seems to catch but you gotta prebait as the carp are getting harder to catch

As another tip try using a fish meal bait as nobody really is using one apart from me anyway as you know i only use fish meal baits and ive caught every year dont get me wrong i have tried bird mix bait and i do use them this year ive just got more confidence in fish meal baits or you could try and make your own bait

Good advise si. Sash get on the bait I was using last year as they seem to love it down there.

Lol dont give up kidda get on the fishmeal

Sash stop chopping and changing your approach mate stick to one bait and apply it liberally as si said pre baiting helps although they still seem to be shying off lots of bait at the mo ohh and leave your rods in water longer hardened hookbaits help with this if you havent had a bite dont reel it in!!!!!!! But essentially keep putting in the effort and im sure it'll come good for ya kid.have faith in what your doing mate you'll have em.

thanks mate ive taken your advice and mottys im in a dark place at the mo with carp fishing but im a stubburn c--t so ive got to keep puttin in the effort in cheers lads
