I dont blame ya, Im like that with the "13" tell ya but then id have to kill ya! My winter recipes arn't so tightly guarded though, I just wondered if you were following the birdfood theme for winter to be honest. I know one or two people incorporate fishmeals throught the winter though to make 4 season type mixes.

to be honest we have had a good chat today mate and just for the winter i think we will go down the seed root but there is one thing that i like to always have in mine is plenty of the old G L M ands thats aboout as much i can say son if i dont want si chasing me down the street lol
