Might be a change of plan, just been studying the weather, and we have heavy snow again wednesday, but the day after we have have heavy rain, so hopefully the rain will be more than the snow we recieve. Still goin thow.

Yep. It's still frozen in most places. HAd a good walk around yesterday. I'm the same - need to get out. Me and Scruff went to "our other water" yesterday morning, and it was nearly all frozen still. HAd to come home. Will probably go and have a look at Tarde later this pm. Will let you know.

The ice yesterday was still about an inch thick in the margins, but starting to melt.

If the ice has nearly all gone, i will be coming down. but if not, i will have to do a day ticket, i will be doin one of those the weekend, so i was hoping that i could get up to the res before then, if it still pritty bad, i will have to look at a day ticket for the week aswell, dont know what to do oh well just as long as i get out, im happy

been up the res today bout 2ish still frozen one swim fishable if u want to chuck 5yds out and 20yrds down the margin from the depth marker, on the plus side i found a green H block marker (over weighted) with about 35yds of mono on the lead end any takers ?

The lake is 50% free of ice now, went up there today, by tomorrow, i think it will be more like 75%, as i was standing there today the ice was disappearing before my eyes, its looking up lads, the big thaw is nearly over.

I was on about tarde i went to today si, just incase you thought i had popped up to grants.
