Spawning alert!

Just to let you know that the carp were spawning all across the lake this morning and those anglers who were fishing packed up. Russ and I would recommend leaving them to it for a few days. Considering the sport they've been giving us since the new season began they deserve to do their thing in peace! We'ed recommend not fishing until after mid week. please spread the word.

Brilliant! After our conversation this morning I am glad that this has been agreed. I think it will do them good to have a bit of peace and hopefully once they have finished it will all kick off again. To be honest, I dont think it would be a bad thing if we layed off them til next week?

very good idea to just leave them too it they started last tuesday on the other water i fish...... they will be back on the hunt soon lads don't worry and i do mean food not the ladys......
