Re: french waters
You could do a lot worse than a venue called "chef de ville" in the marn area of france.. i was over there six or seven times in the years it was being created, not sure about size of fish now, but from what i saw, they would be well in to fifty plus now, even sixty plus.used to know the owners. dont know if they have changed.
Also have a look at bills lakes he caters for every thing and we fished chadd together in 2005/ 2006. really nice fella

Yea man food package all the way Too much time wasted washing and cooking when you should be fishing!!! I've heard sky lake is picking up a bit lately which is marne valley, ther is literally hundreds of lakes in that area though so lots to go at. Paradise lakes where ive been a few times is a great, very well run fishery if you can deal with tony and all his rules. They are booked up 2 years in advance though but then again theres plenty of cracking lakes in the limousin area and the countryside there is amazing!. If you didnt want to travel too far you can always give finchy a shout at bankside tackle as he's the man to talk to about abbey lakes, loads in there upto 70's i believe now Hope this is of some use to you matey.
