Tardy dive.

Ok chaps i've managed to arrange for my old mate terry and a few of his diving pals to come and dive/check the net area on Sunday 8th August. They are happy to check the net is secure and to carry out any other work we feel they could do for us. Terry is a great bloke and i'm sure anything reasonable will be considered. I hope this date is an appropriate time with all of us and will not cause too much disruption.

Really pleased you've got this organised for us Neil! Unfortunately I'll be away on holiday on 8th of August but I'm sure some of the other bailiffs and other members will be around to support the diving team. I'm also sure no-one will mind the guys doing this survey at the weekend. It's really important we get the full facts on how well the net is performing. At the moment we've all got our theories.
Once again many thanks to you and your mates. I'm hoping to get the summer newsletter out in the next few days so I'll include the diving date and info in that as well.

Would it be ok if Tel swam 3 rigs out for me and scattered a bit of bait around?

The newsletter is with Yvonne, as of 6pm last night, so it'll hopefully go out early next week.

For those who are fishing next Saturday/Sunday, we'd like to request that when the divers turn up, that you reel your lines in, if you are in any of the following swims:

* House
* Secret
* Signs
* Long Hole
* Net
* Gulley
* Dennis's
* Oscar's
* Long Runway

Go and have a social with the other lads, until our crack diving team are out of the water, if you would, please. These guys are doing us a MASSIVE favour, so we should show them the respect due, by not chucking 4oz distance leads in their vicinity. Feel free to make them a cuppa etc, too. These guys are gold dust to us, in terms of net maintenance etc.
