You know me keith, couldn't sell a bivvy on here so i thought i'd try my luck with the house!!! Looking at a place behind you on Garrick Road. The wife's fallen in love with it already..........

Mate it's no good just getting closer to the res if you want to spend more time up there sell your house and tell her you have found a nice place good location over looking a wonderful lake then go and buy one of those hotel bivvies that olly has tell her she can move as much as she wants then

I know a really nice couple on Garrick. Go and look at it during the day, if you can. There is a house on Garrick, which is directly behind us, where the dog is left out all day, and barks all day. It's a right pain in the arse, to be honest, and I've considered phoning the Council, but have never got around to it.

Also consider school catchment areas, if you and Emma have designs on the creation of a junior swimmer's mate. The closer to Finstall School on the Oakalls, the better. The whole of the Oakalls is in catchment (as I understand it), but clearly, as more and more kids are spawned on the estate, it put pressure on the school. Just something to consider.
