As I understand it, it's not "really" for sale. The high speed train link from London to Birmingham (which will also wipe out Savay) is planned to go close to/through Cuttle. Apparently, and alledgedly, it's more efficient to have your property on the market, should the Govt come calling with blank cheques for you to sell your land to them. Alledgedly.

I'm not saying this is what's happening at Cuttle, but merely re-iterating what I've heard on the grapevine.

Be nice to have that vista every time you wake up. And the money to pay for it !!!
