John & Russ Caning 3 Iles - LATEST -

Been having a few texts off Mr Howard, since his and Russ's arrival at 3 Iles.

As of yesterday afternoon, they'd had 35 fish between them. Russ has had 21. John has had 14.

They've had 7 x 30s to 36lbs and 4 x 40s.

Of the forties, John's had a 49lb 6oz mirror, a 46lb 4oz common and a 41lb 12oz common, breaking his French PB twice. Russ has had a 43lb 12oz mirror. As I understand it, they've all come out on the "Carp Crack" - i.e. Lucky 13, which John and Jim used at the same venue last year, and tore it a new one.

Tidy darts boys. Just hope you can break the 50 barrier.

Latest update from Mr Howard, as of Thursday pm, John has had 28 and Russ has had 35 (!!!). At mid day today, Russ caught a 51lb 8oz mirror.

Come on John !! Let's have a 50+ for you, too !!!

Last update before the lads come home tomorrow:

Russ is on 39 fish. John on 37. (WOW !!!).

They've had 84 runs, landed 76 carp = 1 x 50lb+, 6 x 40lb+, 18 x 30lb+ and 42 x 20lb +.

Reckon they'll both come back looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger !!
