Getting excited for the season
Well, the buds are flowering on the trees, the warmer weather is here, bringing westerlies and south westerlies this weekend.
I've hardly touched a rod/reel in 2012 due to a new job, but must say, I'm getting excited about the prospect of fishing.
What will Tarde throw up this year? Who knows? April and May are two of the best months on the Res, and in the last two years, it's produced some suprises.
Be interesting, as always, to see new members and their approaches and to find out if there's some new 30s coming through. Given their growth rates, it wouldn't suprise me if a "turbo 30" finds itself in someone's weigh sling this season.
Looking forward to it.
Keith
