A 59 at 59!

Sorry this report has taken so long to post but over the last 3 months I've been rather pre occupied with selling my house and buying another and all that comes with it! Particular apologies to Simon Woodall aka "Carpsy" who asked to see photos quite some time ago. As many of you know I've fished a week in France for the last eight years and during that time I've had some great times with Tardebigge Angling friends, notably Jim and Russ! However until Mid November 2012 despite several 40s a 50 plus carp had evaded me. I'm delighted to say that finally my number came up and with Russ's help, encouragement and friendship I landed my first French 50 plus from our favourite venue 3 Iles.
As luck would have it not only 50 plus but almost a 60 at 59lb 8oz. Happy days!
