Strange thing is tho Si. Have you ever found food baits to be crap on runs waters? I can name a few waters where a bright orange low food value bait that smells nice will completely outfish a good fishmeal! and the ironic thing is that they tend to be small fish waters

maybe there a lot more fish aswell so there competing for any food item good or bad
