New Tarde record to Mark Lindon!

As I'm sure you'll have heard on the grapevine congratulations are in order to Mark Lindon who last Thursday morning broke the lake record with the Big Common at a new highest weight of 35lb 4oz which knocks the Mosaic Common off the top spot for the moment by 4oz.
I know Mark would be the first to admit he really struggled on Tarde last season and didn't muster a single take. However he's back with a bang this season and I know from speaking to him a couple of weeks ago he was determined this year to "do things right" and work hard at his fishing. So last Thursday he received his first take from a Tarde carp and the rest as they say is history. Having caught a 60 plus common in France last year Mark obviously specialises in catching big commons. Watch out The Mosaic could be next on his list. John Grubb and myself weighed and witnessed the capture and I took these photos for Mark on my camera. Hope you're pleased with the results Mark and once again a big congrats!!
