Slim Jim Caning it

Old Slim Jim is caning it so far this season, with 4 fish (I think) out already. Well done, mate. Putting us all to shame.

Quite a few fish out last week, with reports of Simon, Slim Jim, Little Jay, John Maycroft and his dad all having carp. If I've missed anyone out - apologies. Mr Grubb knicked two out weekend before last.

Even Mr Gilbert got in on the act last knockings yesterday with a 23lb common.

I sat out two nights in the caravan, only to be cleaned out by the tufties on Friday night. No fish for me on a two night session.

I don't think it's "kicked off" yet, but, they're feeding in fits and starts at the moment.
